Our cottage and Kiawah
Our Sparrow Pond Cottage is located in Kiawah's West Beach overlooking lush maritime woods with many deer and birds to watch.
The cottage location is excellent! Itís on a private Cul de Sac with the beach , Sparrow Pond Pool, Cougar Point Golf Course,
West Beach Tennis Club, Shops of Kiawah and Restaurants a short walk away. Free use of Sparrow Pond Pool and bath house which
is located on the way to beach access.
This 3 bedroom cottage sleeps eight by utilizing the sleeper in the family room. There are 2 full baths. The master
bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed overlooks the woods and opens onto the deck and has an adjoining bath - also has color
TV with VCR. Guest bedrooms - one has queen size bed(with TV) and other twin beds(small tv). Living room has fireplace and
TV with VCR. Family Room has Color TV, DVD player and CD/Tape Player Stero System. Family room opens to a screened porch
which has a wicker seating group with gas grill. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a self-cleaning oven, microwave,
refrigerator, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, etc. and all the kitchen utensils you will need. There is a separate laundry
room with washer and dryer. Outside shower is also available. There is a wrap around deck on the side and front of the cottage.
Side deck has wrought iron patio table and chairs and lounge chair making a perfect setting for meals. The cottage has central
air conditioning, and there are also plantation ceiling fans in all the rooms. Linens and beach towels are provided. Weekly
rates include complete clean-up to make your stay more enjoyable. Stays of less than one week will have an additional cleaning
fee. Weeks that include Holidays have special rates. Our cottage is equipped to make your stay pure pleasure. Come and
enjoy your holiday in an environment of casual good taste.
We wíll tentatively reserve your vacation date selection for a week while you mail 1/2 of the week's rent as a deposit.
One month prior to your visit, we ask that you mail the remainder of the rent and the 11% South Carolina accommodations tax.
We will then mail you the combination to the lock box which contains the cottageís key. Before you arrive, we will contact
the security gate and arrange a gate pass which will be issued to you when you arrive.
If for some reason you are unable to vlisit Kiawah as you had planned, we will apply your deposit to another time this
year or to a time of your choice next year. We are not able to refund deposits. Pets are only allowed under special arrangements
and circumstances with an additional charge.

Our cottage is a NO SMOKING and NO PET facility.
